My twin Jon, whom is Owner of
J.E.G. Design, Inc, was nice enough to give me my own corner on his
business's website. Thanks bro!
I, along with my brother whom is 1 mintue older I feel the need to say,
were born in Schenectady, NY and grew up in Duanesburg,
NY. In the D-rock, as we call it, the majority of my (our) time
was spent heading to weekend phish shows (I've
seen about 50 ph shows or so...lost count really...easily 150+ concerts
in all...everyone from the tom petty to woodstock 1999..that weekend
was rough as I recall), heading to house parties at Mic Adam's place
and riding my bmx bike, I still have my bike...a Haro
Invert yo. Sun up until sun down day after day...I even have trophy's
from racing!! Loved it and still love it. Always watching the X-games...winter
and summer even now.
Once high school came and went...my brother and I needed to decide where
to go the college. Do we go to the same school or different? We chose
different. Jon went to Green
Mountain College in Vermont and I decided to go to Marist
College in New York. While at Marist I earned a bachlors degree
in Environmental Science Policy. After college was complete.....I naturally
made my way down to New York City.
Before landing a stable job I had worked at the Bayside
YMCA in Queens, NY and waited tables at the Bay Terrace Applebees
in Bayside Queens. Made tons of $$ there boy and met lots of fun people.
This is when I started to hang with Kathy, my now wonderful and beautiful
wife. Kathy and I knew each other thru Marist. I saw her at parties
and out and about. Wasn't until after college that things started to
happen for us. See our story here.
Kathy and I went to Bermuda for our honeymoon. This
is where we stayed. If you ever get a chance to go to Bermuda, GO....it
was beautiful.
After needing a change and a full time job (!) I must have sent out
30 resumes from the NY Times. Within
a day or two a couple called me back. One in particular got me interested.
I have now been working there for 6 years. The name of the company is
Reis Inc. Reis sells
real estate market trends and forecasts to the investment community.
I am directly in charge of the primary data collection (25 employees)
which updates 60,000+ office, apartment, retail and industrial properties
across the country every 3 months. Needless to say I am very busy. I
still like my job, how many people can say that?!
Well, enough rambling from me. On a serious note, if you are reading
this it's because you need some graphic design work done. Let me tell
you, you will not be disppointed in the work my brother does. He puts
everything he has into every project that he takes on.......I think
it's quite obvious.
